Bhaktin Dovile
"I attended the Ayurveda seminar and personal consultation few months ago. I always wanted to know more about my body and how to be healthier. The seminar was very beneficial because I learnt a lot on the basics of Ayurveda and its roots. Also, an appointment with the Ayurvedic doctor blew my mind, because he found the reason why I cannot fall asleep at night even when I am exhausted. I highly recommend having an individual consultation with the doctor and becoming a controller of your own body."

"The London College of Vedic studies has many branches of it's educational faculty, ranging from seminars on Ayurveda and henna classes to courses that explore science and philosophy, delving deeply into the subconscious and make up of the universe. Naturally it would make sense that we also offer a class that facilitates physical health through the timeless practice of yoga asana, as expounded in the Bhagavad-gita itself. Therefore it is with great pleasure that we host a weekly Astanga-vinyasa class. I try to intertwine the practice of yoga asana with the timeless wisdom from the scriptures of texts such as the Bhagavad Gita, so that students leave the class feeling enlivened both physically and mentally. After a 60 minute asana practice that detoxifies the mind and body, the consciousness is much more open to explore such topics, which we do at the end of class."
