We are pleased to have with us HG Akhandadhi dasa, who will present an interactive workshop linking science to our consciousness. Once again, HG Tribhanga dasa will join us in November for Ayurveda seminar and private consultations.

Don't forget, HG Devaki devi dasi (Founder of the Institute for Spiritual Culture in Mayapur) will be sharing on the very relevant subject of harmonising male-female relationships this weekend.

Finally, we welcome you to accept a transformative challenge of living a healthier lifestyle by joining our weekly yoga classes! You can also drop in any Friday for a taster session.

We hope to see you soon.

24 Gurus
HG Murli Manohara dasa gave a seminar entitled 24 Gurus, where a mystical saint taught us practical life lessons by observing the world around us.
HG Raghunatha dasa provided valuable insights on how to choose a healthy diet and lifestyle for our overall wellbeing.
"Recently attended the 'Healthy Diet for a Healthier Lifestyle' seminar - cannot fault it at all! I felt so nourished with the seminar, never heard anyone explain things like this speaker had done. He's the first person to have inspired me to make permanent changes to my diet. The course was well organised, professional and a lovely spiritual environment to have had the seminar. Will be attending more!" - Sharan

"The last seminar, which I attended at the London College of Vedic Studies, was on cultivating 'Gratitude'. The knowledge I gained from the seminar will always be applicable in my life and I will never forget. The speaker did an amazing job by giving a nice talk and practical tips on how we can lead a happier and peaceful life by simply being grateful for all things in life. I advise whoever is interested in exploring mindfulness and a happier existence should check out similar courses on personal development and character building offered by the London College of Vedic Studies."
