Nourish your body, mind and soul with Astanga and Vinyasa yoga
Yoga has many benefits but primarily, a regular yoga practice helps our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual wellbeing at all stages of life. In these yoga sessions you will also learn how easily you can incorporate a simple yoga regime into your daily schedule.
The sessions will be fun, creative and dynamic, which will include pranayama (breathing techniques), asanas (postures) and mantra meditation in a relaxing environment. 3 styles of asanas - Ashtanga, Yin and Vinyasa will be taught at different times.
Our qualified yoga instructor Brioni will facilitate these sessions. You are requested to bring your own yoga mat. Yoga is for everyone and we welcome women of all ages, shapes, sizes, ethnicity etc. Come check us out and bring a friend too!
